FAA VALIDATION
Extend your flying privileges overseas - get your existing pilot's license validated with the FAA and fly in the U.S. or with U.S. registered aircraft anywhere in the world.
VALIDATION PROCESS
Has the following sequence

Step 1: Form Submission and Approval
To begin validating your license with the FAA, you must first complete the form below. Processing and approval usually takes between two weeks and three months, depending on the required FAA confirmation of your license and medical certificate from your national Civil Aeronautics Authority (CAA).

Step 2: Verification Letter
After successfully navigating the national license verification process, we'll receive a verification letter from the FAA. This letter signifies your eligibility for an in-person interview with an FAA examiner. It's important to note that this verification letter remains valid for six months.

Step 3: FAA's Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) Interview
Once we've received the verification letter, we will agree on an interview with an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE). Rest assured, we'll notify you well in advance of the interview date, method, and the specific document package required.

Language Requirement
Please bear in mind that a fundamental understanding of the English language is essential for a successful interview.
License Privileges
FAA validation is limited to SEP and MEP privileges. The IR qualification is not validated in this process, even if you hold it.
